Black Tahini is a chocolate grey to black colour with a very similar taste to hulled white tahini. Unhulled tahini offers more nutrients than hullled versions. The nutrients of sesame seeds are better absorbed if they are ground or pulverized before consumption, as in tahini - a delicious creamy paste from the traditional slow stonegrinding of sesame seeds.
