We cannot guarantee that adjustments, changes, requests or cancelations made via email, fax, posted letters or messages written on envelopes with payments will be acknowledged in time for any changes to your delivery.
Any late cancelations will be budgeted in and you will be required to pay for the produce. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the oder has left our premises. We reserve the right to cancel any orders without payment arrangements.
You are not always going to be home when we deliver. You can arrange the delivery to be placed in a sheltered position on your front veranda or somewhere in the shade or a pre-determined location. Call us to make clear arrangements in the event that you are not home to receive you delivery. If there is no one home we will leave the box in the prearranged place.
It is the customer€s responsibility to inform us if an order has not been delivered. We will follow up immediately to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure all delivery details are entered carefully. Please include full street number, name. Incorrect information or misspelt delivery information can delay delivery. A re-delivery fee may be passed on to the receiver if incorrect information is provided.
Refund and return Policy
Please contact us as soon as possible if there are any problems, as we are here to assist you. We strive very hard to ensure that you are completely happy with the order you receive. However, if there is anything you are unhappy with, or if we have made an error, please let us know within 24 hours so that we have a chance to rectify it. Telephone us on 08 9331 5590 with your Name, Delivery Address, telephone number and a description of the problem.
Where a problem is established between you and The Organic Collective , you will be eligible for a refund, while replacements will be sent with your next order unless there is a stock problem, whereby you will be notified and given the choice of another replacement.
If you receive something that is not in acceptable condition, please call us on 08 9331 5590 with a description of the problem. We make every effort to inspect all items before they are sent. If an item is obviously in a state that makes it unusable, then you should not have received it and we will replace the value of the item as appropriate. With fruit and vegetables, it is not always possible to tell from the outside if there is a problem. Our guide is that if you would have selected that item yourself in a self serve situation, then it is not appropriate for us to replace it.
Bear the following points in mind: Small blemishes seldom detract significantly from the usability of a fruit or vegetable. In organic agriculture, no pesticides can be used to stop insect damage so small blemishes are unavoidable.
We will arrange with you to correct the problem as best we can. If you receive something you did not order, please hold this in good condition for us to collect at the time of your next delivery.
If you wish to purchase goods using your credit card you can rest assured The Organic Collective is committed to keeping your credit card information secure. When you go to an Order Form and you insert your credit card details this information will be encrypted so that only you and The Organic Collective will be able to view that information. You will be required to include the 3 digit Credit Card Verification number from the back of your card. This ensures the purchaser is the actual card holder. Your card details will then be input into our secure online eftpos terminal for the transaction to be completed by the banking system. Your card details are destroyed once the transaction is approved.
