DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer mixed boxes of seasonally available certified organic fruit & vegetables and grocery products delivered to your home direct from local organic farms and wholesale markets. Regular boxes are delivered weekly or fortnightly, one off deliveries and pickups from the shop at shop 1 Greenslade st Hamilton Hill on the corner of Winterfold Road (map) are also available Monday to Thursday 9am -5pm.

Beaconsfield, Hamilton Hill, Hilton, Coolbelup, O'Connor, Samson, Murdoch, Kardinya, Willagee, Bibra lake.

Perth metro delivery days and times

Delivery days and times vary, depending on your suburb. We will notify you of your delivery day after we receive confirmation of your order. Delivery times are generally between 9 A.M. and 12 P.M.

Delivery charges

  • Local deliveries: \\$3.00 packing, administration and delivery charge per box.
  • Perth metro deliveries: \\$7.80 per box up to 25kg or box dimensions H30cm x 30cm W x L 55cm.
    All standard organic seasonal fruit & veg boxes fit within these dimensions and weights. Larger volumes will require an extra delivery charge. Someone will call to discuss your order if this is necessary.

Order changes & cancelations

ANY CANCELATIONS OR CHANGES TO YOUR ORDERS MUST BE TELEPHONED ON PH: 9331 5590
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CANCELATIONS, CHANGES or REQUEST VIA E-MAIL
LOCAL DELIVERIES 24 hrs before your expected delivery.
PERTH METRO DELIVERIES 48 hrs before your expected delivery.
This single line of communication will ensure your changes will be made in time for your delivery.

We cannot guarantee that adjustments, changes, requests or cancelations made via email, fax, posted letters or messages written on envelopes with payments will be acknowledged in time for any changes to your delivery. Any late cancelations will be budgeted in and you will be required to pay for the produce. We do not accept cancelations under any circumstances once the order has left our premises. We reserve the right to cancel any orders without payment arrangements.

Email can be a wonderfully convenient tool for communication, however we actually find it difficult to offer our customers the communication we feel they deserve using email. When we are busy packing your orders its difficult to start to play a game of email ping pong with the many different people we service.

We are a small business and find we don't have the resources to have someone responding to emails all the time. Also in our experience one question will lead to another, leading to a conversation which is better had by phone as emails can be misinterpreted.
Therefore we prefer and love to speak with you to hopefully answer all your questions in more detail. Ordering Additional Products

To order other products to be delivered with your box, please call us or place an order or order using the shopping cart on this web site - all additional products ordered on this web site need to be paid by credit card.

All our boxes are recycled cardboard, we re-use the boxes for deliveries and re collect them and use again to reduce waste and resources. We keep unnecessary packaging, storage and transportation to a minimum.



Delivery receival

You are not always going to be home when we deliver. You can arrange the delivery to be placed in a sheltered position on your front veranda or somewhere in the shade or a pre-determined location. Call us to make clear arrangements in the event that you are not home to receive you delivery. If there is no one home we will leave the box in the prearranged place.

Late Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if an order has not been delivered. We will follow up immediately to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure all delivery details are entered carefully. Please include full street number, name. Incorrect information or misspelt delivery information can delay delivery. A re-delivery fee may be passed on to the receiver if incorrect information is provided.

Payments

There are 3 ways you can pay.

Payments are due on the day of delivery.

1. (EFT) ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER.

Internet direct deposit into our bank account. Call us for more details.

2. Cash on delivery can be arranged for our local suburbs deliveries.

THIS OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PERTH METRO COURIER DELIVERIES)

Cash on delivery for our Fremantle and surrounding suburbs deliveries only.

Payments are due on the day of delivery. Correct money would be very much appreciated.

3. ONLINE CREDIT CARDS PAYMENTS AND ORDERS.

Also payments can be made by Visa or Master Card using the Securepay online service on our website or over the phone by calling us on 9331 5590.
