During a 5 minute process, fruit is crushed by power grater, pressed with a continuous belt press, filtered through vibrating screen then stored under the coldness of CO2. Most sediment is settled out over 24 hours before. Juice is pasteurised then hot bottled. Absolutely no pressing agents, antioxidants, preservative, flavour, colourants, vitamin C or sugar added.
